If the shoe fits...

Black said he was not pleased that the New Democrat called him a "British criminal" while speaking in the House of Commons.

"If he wants to divest himself of his parliamentary immunity, it would certainly be my pleasure to sue him for defamation," Black told Mansbridge.
Except truth is a defense against libel or defamation.  So what basis does a convicted criminal who is a British citizen have for complaining about being described as a 'British criminal'?

Little else defines “Rich Asswipe” as well as the words “conrad” and “black” when put together. :)

Perhaps he should have tempered it and said a "British Ex-Convict".
