Despite being supported 60% to 40% by the Democratic legislators after incorporating the oversight they demanded and opposed and ultimately defeated by a 67% to 33% margin by the House Republicans, somehow - a pre-vote speech by Speaker Pelosi that hurt Republican feelings is cited - it's the Democrats who were playing politics and the Democrats fault that it failed.
